On July 20, the Lake Wales Main Street Board of Directors selected Dover, Kohl & Partners as the design team to help create a new vision for Historic Downtown Lake Wales. Dover Kohl's approach to design (Designing in Public) keeps in line with the Main Street philosophy of being all-inclusive. Karen Thompson (Lake Wales Main Street Executive Director), "We are absolutely ecstatic about working with Dover Kohl". "They are the right firm at the right time", says Thompson. Design meetings between Dover Kohl and Lake Wales Main Street will begin in mid to late fall 2018.
